WHO IS THE MINI INTENSIVE FOR?
The Mini Intensive is designed for children of all ages whose parents feel they may benefit from additional nervous system support. Every child is unique, which is why we connect with each family before registration.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO HAVE A SPECIFIC CHALLENGE OR DIAGNOSIS?
No. Some parents join because their child is navigating anxiety, overwhelm, sensory challenges, focus difficulties, or emotional regulation. Others simply want to support their child’s growth, development, and overall well-being.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
Children receive one entrainment before lunch and one entrainment after lunch each day. Families should plan to be on-site for approximately 4 to 5 hours daily.
DO WE STAY AT THE RETREAT VENUE?
No. The Mini Intensive does not include accommodations. Families are responsible for their own lodging and transportation.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND HOTELS OR AIRBNBS?
Absolutely. We are happy to share nearby accommodation options that are convenient for families attending the program.
