If you are booking a shared room as a solo participant, please note that you may be paired with one/two other attendees. We recommend purchasing your flight tickets only after June 2025 and/or choosing tickets with travel insurance that allows cancellations or changes.If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event may be canceled and your registration fee will be fully refunded. However, we are not responsible for any flight or external accommodation costs.
