About the Immersion Retreat
Dr. Scherina’s Immersion retreat is more than a retreat, it’s a sacred pause from the noise of daily life. Designed for individuals who are ready to go deeper in their healing journey, this immersive experience brings together powerful Network Spinal care, breathwork, mindful movement, and intentional connection in a serene natural setting.
Our upcoming 2027 Retreat will take place in a beautiful, peaceful setting immersed in nature. While we’re keeping the exact location a surprise (for now), we can promise warm breezes, grounding energy, and space to soften into yourself.
