A highly anticipated one-day transformational retreat designed to restore balance, release tension, and elevate your well-being. Throughout the day, you’ll experience three advanced Network Spinal entrainments, guiding you through the Discover, Transform, and Awaken stages of care. These powerful sessions help activate your nervous system’s innate healing potential, creating profound shifts in your body and mind.
In between entrainments, you’ll engage in breathwork (SRI) sessions, guided by expert practitioners, as well as mindful movement and sound healing to deepen your connection and integration.
A nourishing lunch and dinner will be provided, featuring vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, along with coffee, tea, and fruit available throughout the day.
