About the event
During this retreat you'll be experiencing three advanced entrainments to move through the different levels of care - Discover, Transform and Awaken care. In between group entrainments, you will experience SRI (breathwork sessions) guided by Network Sprinal practitioners. These breathwork sessions will help to enhance each entrainment and allow a deeper connection and awareness within the body. There will also be mindful movement sessions in between facilitated by a certified yoga instructor. Mini journals will be provided so you can process on some much needed down time. A nourishing lunch and dinner will be provided which will include vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
