About the event
During this retreat you'll be experiencing three advanced entrainments to move through the different levels of care - Discover, Transform and Awaken care. In between group entrainments, you will experience SRI (breathwork sessions) guided by Dr. Scherina. These breathwork sessions will help to enhance each entrainment and allow a deeper connection and awareness within the body. Mini journals are provided so you can process. A nourishing lunch will be provided which will include vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.
